It can be found to the left of the URL in your web browser. Your free favicon will add a professional touch to your website or blog. How much does it cost to get a logo? $39 is the total cost for an original custom logo design. What sets you apart from cheap logo design companies? I start with a blank canvas and go from there. You can see how your design was created by looking through the layers inside your editable source file. Do you use clip art? No, I never use clip art. Clip art in a logo is an extreme violation of trust and should never be done. When do you start working on my project? I usually start working on a new logo design project within 12 to 24 hours from the moment the logo customization form has been received. What file formats will I receive? You will receive your custom logo design in 7 file formats. These formats are .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .jpg, .gif, and .png. Your free favicon will be provided in it's native format .ico. The grayscale version of your logo design will be provided in .ai and .jpg file formats. Do you provide vector files? Yes, I do provide you with a set of vector files. Your vector files are .ai, .eps, and .pdf files. Your .psd file will have vector elements to it as well. What are transparent files? Transparent files are files where your logo design does not have a background. Your web ready transparent files are your PNG and GIF file formats. These can be easily placed on website or blog templates, WordPress themes, multicolored backgrounds, and more. Your vector files are naturally transparent but their default canvas is white. The white canvas should not show when used for professional printing. How can I open my final logo files? The .ai files are your source files. These can be opened in Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, and Photoshop. Professional print shops may require this file as well. This is a vector file. The .eps is your second professional print file. It is a vector file that can be opened in most versions of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The .pdf file can be opened in Acrobat Professional or Acrobat Reader (many computers have Acrobat Reader installed). This is a professional print file. It can also be opened in several other programs. The .psd file can be opened in Photoshop, Illustrator, etc... It is a professional print file. Your web optimized files are the following: .jpg, .png, .gif. The .png and .gif files are your transparent files. They work great on web templates, web graphics, etc... These files can be opened in most graphic editors, Internet browsers, and many other programs. Can I edit the logo design? Yes, you certainly can. I will provide you with the editable vector source file. This layered .ai file can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. I will also provide you with a couple of other editable files that can be used in a number of other graphics programs. Do you offer any other services? No, I only offer original custom logos for $39. How long does it usually take before I get my logo? Your logo design could be ready in as little as 24 hours to as long as 72 hours from the moment your logo customization form has been received. This includes weekends. Revisions are usually completed within 24 hours from the moment the request was made. Who will be making my logo? A streamlined design process and a lot of hard work make $39 logos a reality. My goal in setting up this website was to be revolutionary. $39 for an original custom logo design is unheard of. Charging only $39 per logo does not leave room for unlimited revisions. This means that you have to put your trust in me that I will create the original custom logo design you are looking for. I am the wrong choice for those who are extremely picky as I do not provide unlimited revisions. There are 2 rounds of revisions included in my logo design package. How does the "Get your logo in 72 hours or it's free" guarantee work? If I do not send the vector portion of your original custom logo design files within 72 hours from the moment your logo customization form was received, your logo design is free. This means that I will issue you a full $39 refund. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. The guarantee is only good if I did not send the vector files on time. The rest of the files will be sent after you have approved the design. This allows you to request revisions. Revisions are usually completed within 24 hours from the moment the request was made. Revisions are not included in the 72 hour timeframe. Please also keep in mind that I will have proof of the time the email was sent from Google. If I sent the email and your email account was full or you could not receive the file because of an error with your email provider, the guarantee is voided. I do recommend that you provide at least two emails on your logo customization form to avoid such problems. I will make every effort to get the files to you. You should also make sure that you check your spam inbox especially if you use certain email providers like Yahoo or Hotmail. They have labeled a few of my emails spam in the past. Can I get a discount if I order multiple $39 logos? I am sorry but the answer is no. $39 is the lowest price I can charge for an original custom logo design. Can I request revisions? Yes, there are two rounds of revisions included. I know that you only offer 2 rounds of revisions but I really need an additional revision made. What options do I have? You have three options. The first option is to ask me how much it would cost. The amount I would charge for revisions over the 2 rounds included would be based on the amount of time it would require. The second option is to revise the logo design yourself. I provide you with several editable files that can be edited using the correct graphics software. The third option would be to hire another designer to make the revisions you require. I need my logo in 24 hours. Can you do this? The answer is no although there will be instances when projects are completed under 24 hours. I only guarantee that your will receive your logo design in 72 hours from the moment your logo customization form was received. Projects are usually completed in 24 to 72 hours. I do not offer a 24 hour rush service. How can I let you know what I am looking for in a logo design? I have a logo customization form that you will need to fill out after making your purchase. Please take your time and fill it out as detailed as possible. This will provide me with all the information I need to design the logo you are looking for. How does communication with you work? I will send you a welcome email after your purchase confirming that I have received your order and logo customization form. You can then contact me using the information I have provided. Can I get my existing logo redone? Please send your existing logo to info@affordablelogodesigner.com along with any instructions. I will review it and let you know if it fits under my $39 logo package. I have a design that I would like you to recreate. How much would this cost? I only charge one price for all design work, $39. Yes, all of the logos you see on this website were created by me. I also made all of the custom graphics for this website as well. Can you create character logo designs? Yes, I can create character logo designs. Please see my logo design portfolio for examples. How can I use my new logo? The uses of your new logo are limitless. This is because your original custom logo design will be a vector graphic. Vector graphics can be resized without any loss which means that you can use your new design anywhere you wish. Who owns the copyright to the design? You do! Although I reserve the right to use the logo for promotional purposes. I will supply you with a grayscale version of your logo so that you can register it at a trademark organization. You are however completely 100% responsible for any copyright issues that may arise as a result of using my logo design service. It is your responsibility to investigate any possibilities of copyright infringement. There are companies set up to help you do this. I cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise after delivery is made. What free extra's do you provide? You will receive free transparent files and a grayscale version of your logo. My current special also provides you with a free favicon made from your logo. Can you make a logo for my type of business? Yes, I can! I have a lot of experience making original custom logo designs for businesses in a variety of different industries. Can you create illustrative logos? Yes, I can create illustrative logos. Please see my logo design portfolio for examples. What logo design software do you use? I use Adobe Illustrator, the industry standard logo design software. All designs I create inside of Adobe Illustrator are vector graphics which make it ideal for professional logo design creation. How many concepts do I get? You will receive one logo design concept delivered within 72 hours from the moment your logo customization form has been received. What if I do not like the original custom logo design I receive? You really need to place your trust in me that I will create a design that works for you and your business before placing your order. Since I only charge $39, your are limited to 2 rounds of revisions. Refunds are not available. I have a photo of a company logo that I need reproduced. Can you do this? Can you change it in the logo design you already delivered? No. I cannot make changes to your design once it has been finalized. You can order another $39 logo design project and instead of getting a new logo, I will make the changes to your existing design. Can I send you examples or files of what I have in mind? Yes, please send any examples or files you would like to info@affordablelogodesigner.com. Do you have a number where I can contact you by phone? I do not discuss $39 logo projects on the phone because this would make my $39 logos impossible. I would have to charge more. Most of the time allotted in the $39 logo is for actual design time. You can contact me by email. Do you make headers? No, I do not offer a header design service. I have made numerous header designs including the one for this site. I have not found a way to make original header designs for $39 at this time. Do you make banners? No, I do not offer a banner design service. I have made numerous banner designs but I have not found a way to make original banner designs for $39 at this time. How is my new logo delivered? All of the final files for your original custom logo design will be sent via email. What happens if I lose my logo? I will keep multiple backups of your logo design on file for one year. I can send you your final logo files again if you lose them. The cost for this service is $5 so I recommend that you make a backup once the files have been delivered. Can you mail me the final files on CD? No, I do not offer this service. You can however burn the final files onto a CD yourself. I lost the vector files of my logo made by another designer, can you recreate it? Please send what you still have to info@affordablelogodesigner.com and I will let you know if it works under the $39 logo package. Can I pay by check using PayPal? Yes, you can pay by check to PayPal, however the check needs to clear before work begins on your project. The 72 hour fast service guarantee is voided for customers who pay by check as it can take several days for the payment to clear. Do I get to speak to you?
